Head Forms

Head styles are available in 3 forms A – flat , B – rolled – C countersunk.

The shape of the head A or B has no influence on the performance of the rivet but the C form will not resist separation as strongly. Please note that the hole size d3 in the application component could be influenced by the radius r on form A. The turnover z is detailed in the tables in our comprehensive catalogue but we recommend sample settings are made prior to bulk production.
